Ordination of D. Jeff Roedel to the priesthood

Deacon Jeff Roedel comes from New Berlin, Wisconsin and has been in formation with the Schoenstatt Fathers since January 2010. After a 10 year journey with our Community, we are happy to invite you to watch and pray along with the priestly ordination mass!

Jeff recently finished his Theology degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile in September 2019, and was ordained a deacon soon after, in October. D. Jeff arrived in November of last year to do his parish internship at St. Patrick’s Parish in Whitewater, Wisconsin, where he will continue to work during his first years as a priest.

Ordination: Sat. June 6, 2020, 10am at Holy Apostles Parish

The ceremony will be livestreamed on the Schoenstatt Fathers US Facebook page as participation is limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The ordination Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Jerome Listecki of the Milwaukee archdiocese.

Per tradition, the new priest will be available to give blessings immediately after the Mass of Thanksgiving.

We will share a meal around 12pm.
